Dr. İlyas Çeliktaş graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Law. He completed his legal internship at the Ankara Bar Association and was admitted to the bar on February 16, 1995, after taking the oath. He earned his master’s degree at Anadolu University and his doctorate at Marmara University. He has taught courses in Commercial Law, Intellectual Property Law, and the Law of Obligations. His areas of special interest include Aviation Law and air passenger rights.
