Attorney-at-Law
Tarık Ata graduated in 2023 from the joint international undergraduate program of Istanbul Altınbaş University Faculty of Law and the University of Cologne Faculty of Law. During his legal education, he examined the fundamental structures of the Turkish and German legal systems comparatively and gained the opportunity to assess the differences between the legal approaches of the two countries.
Within the scope of his legal traineeship, he gained experience in labor and social security law, commercial law, enforcement and bankruptcy law, and legal consultancy for companies. In 2025, he worked at a law firm specialized in immigration law in Germany, where he actively handled cases and worked on residence law, visa procedures, and immigration law matters.
Focusing particularly on common legal issues faced by individuals with legal ties between Türkiye and Germany, Tarık Ata is fluent in German and has a good command of English, and currently works as an attorney at Celiktas Law Firm.
