Since 1993, the Commonwealth of Dominica government has been offering citizenship and a second passport to foreign investors in an effort to provide economic growth. It is one of the fastest citizenship programs in the Caribbean.
NO RESIDENCY REQUIREMENTS
There are no physical residency requirements. You are not required to visit Dominica before or after the application.

As a citizen, you will be able to travel visa-free or with a visa-on-arrival to 135 countries and territories including Hong Kong, Russia, Singapore, the Schengen Area.

The process is very efficient and uncomplicated. Citizenship can be acquired within 6 months.
DUAL CITIZENSHIP
Dominica allows for dual citizenship. Dominica is not announcing the gained citizenships to the other governments.
NO TAXATION
Dominica imposes minimal taxation, with an exception of no taxation on wealth, gift, inheritance, foreign income, or capital gains.

Donations help the country’s economy to grow. With these donations, projects of the private and public sectors are supported by building schools, stadiums, hospitals and promoting agriculture and tourism.

Second Option: Real Estate (Dominica Citizenship by Investment)
The applicant must invest at least $200,000 in a government-approved real estate project within Dominica. This real estate cannot be sold for 3 years after citizenship is acquired.
